Atlanta's Toddler Play Spaces: 15 Spots to Wiggle, Giggle, and Explore



As both a pediatrician and a mom of two, I get how important (and necessary) it is to get out of the house and let toddlers burn energy in safe, fun, and developmentally enriching environments. Whether you're escaping the heat, dodging rain, or just need a break from the same four walls — this list is your go-to guide to 15 activity centers and indoor/outdoor play areas in and around Atlanta, Georgia that toddlers (& older siblings) and their parents will love.

🧠 1. Children’s Museum of Atlanta (Downtown)

A hands-on, educational play experience featuring water play, pretend grocery shopping, climbing structures, and an under-5s area called "Leaping Into Learning."

🦕 5. DinoDash Indoor Playground (Tucker)

A dino-themed adventure land filled with colorful slides, crawl spaces, climbing gyms, and soft play zones — all designed to safely entertain toddlers.

A vibrant indoor playground with two-story climbing mazes, tunnel slides, and soft toddler-only zones. Great for burning energy in a temperature-controlled space.

🌀 9. Boomerang Play Center (Suwanee)

Colorful, clean, and spacious — Boomerang offers a variety of play structures, including climbing zones, ball pits, tunnels, and slides perfect for toddlers.

Colorful, high-energy indoor play with slides, tunnels, ball pits, and arcade games. Clean and toddler-friendly!

🚀 15. Urban Air Adventure Park (Multipla Locations)

a fun place for all ages. Offers lasers and bumper cars, go-karts, trapeze, mini golf, go-karts, bowling, ropes course, trampolines, and climbing walls. Includes soft play zones for toddlers along with trampoline areas, climbing walls, and ball pits for mixed ages.
